Getting familiar with Poolad rules and history, location and structure of archived and current documents or forms and circulation methods of data inside office is a must, in order to decrease time of engineering services and have enough confidence for design and services. In PCE network, data are managed through Microsoft Sharepoint system, so some skills in this field are also required.

In general training, only some elementary knowledge is required for autocad software for everyone, but into technical departments, they have to master this software. Infopath is a very useful Microsoft office software intended to design forms which can be published into sharepoint, fill databases and be sent by workflow to several people. Visio is used to draw all kind of flowchart; MSProject for planning projects and activities and Comfar for feasibility study. Staff is trained to be able to create some web pages, sometimes needed into their department. Sothink is a complementary software for creating menus in web pages.
