Development of skills of employees

Training and Development helps in increasing the job knowledge and skills of employees at each level. It helps to expand the horizons of human intellect and an overall personality of the employees it also helps in increasing the productivity of the employees that helps the organization further to achieve its long-term goal as well as improving upon the quality of work and work-life.

In order to achieve these goals there is a principal for those who want to be employed in Poolad employees, they have to pass an exam of some software (Office, MS Project, AutoCAD) as general software each person have to know as his tools for work.

After passing the exam he/she will be introduced to the related department in order to work part time and also trained in another skills in the department and after that there will be another exam if the employee get ready or not to work as a skilled person.

These instructions are in below bases:

  1. Computer software.
  2. Courses proportionate to proficiency field of personnel.

In the first one, most of the classes and introduction courses will be held in the company in which our colleagues will teach in then, and for some other courses professors will be invited to teach.

In the second one, it more happens that colleagues will be referred to courses which will be held out of the company.

Training include outside of company training for skills necessary for general and particular training, especially when there is up-to date technology training purpose to upgrade the IT system.

All staff will be supported with scholarship of PCE and the company endorses studies cost when they intend to study in higher level of education.
